The Penguin’s 100 Day Challenge

Get up, Get out, Get going….

As we’ve done for the past several years, on January 1 we will start the 100 Days Challenge.

The rules are simple – and fun. You just need to MOVE for 30 minutes a day. You can run, walk, cycle, Zumba, shovel snow, vacuum, it doesn’t matter. All you need to do is move INTENTIONALLY for 30 minutes.
